And so onto the Sunday at Green Man 2018. Rain was forecast but did not materialise meaning that we would get through the whole festival dry - the weather was very kind to us for we are in the Welsh mountains!
The final day started with a brief glimpse of The Cosmic Array in The Walled Garden
The rendezvous in Einstein's Garden - more of my daughter's brushstrokes in the backdrop.
Over the pond to the Rising stage, the sun is shining with low cloud over the Brecon Beacons
Relaxing under one of the many fine trees, with The Green Man in the background awaiting its fiery fate.
On the Mountain Stage Xylouris White delivered a high paced set of folk influenced music
A prima donna or all an act? Difficult to know when the Chilean band Follakzoid hit the Far Out stage.
Follakzoid into their stride after the lights had been killed.
It seemed there was non stop entertainment for kids at The Back of Beyond.
We caught the excellent full set from Jane Weaver on the Far Out stage
Anna Calvi hits the high notes on the Mountain Stage
So great to see The Wedding Present come into the festival as a last minute replacement!
The Wedding Present
From a distance, Grizzly Bear
Final act on the main Mountain Stage, The War on Drugs
My final music allowed me to get rather closer, Tunng on The Walled Garden stage

Those Welsh real ales are all sold out in The Courtyard
Whatever you do....
We sacreligiously did not stay for the burning of the Green Man. All quiet on the walk to the camper with a glimpse of the moon.
